Knotify — KakaoTalk Notification App for Shopify

1. Data We Collect

• Order information — order number, payment amount, product name
• Customer phone number — mobile number provided at checkout, used for KakaoTalk notification delivery
• KakaoTalk channel info — channel ID, sender key (entered by the merchant)

2. How We Use the Data

Collected data is used solely to send automated KakaoTalk (Alimtalk) notifications via the Aligo API (kakaoapi.aligo.in). We do not use customer data for advertising, profiling, or any unrelated purpose.

3. Data Retention

Message logs are retained for 90 days from the send date and then automatically deleted. All merchant and customer data is deleted within 30 days of app uninstallation.

4. Third-Party Data Sharing

We share data with Aligo (주식회사 알리고) at kakaoapi.aligo.in for the sole purpose of KakaoTalk notification delivery. No other third parties receive personal data.

5. Merchant Rights

Merchants may request deletion of their data and associated customer data at any time by contacting cs@shopidream.com. We will respond within 30 days.

1. 수집하는 개인정보 항목

• 주문 정보 — 주문 번호, 결제 금액, 상품명
• 고객 전화번호 — 체크아웃 시 입력한 휴대폰 번호 (카카오 알림톡 발송에 사용)
• 카카오 채널 정보 — 채널 ID, 발신 프로필 키 (판매자가 직접 입력)

2. 개인정보의 수집 및 이용 목적

수집된 정보는 알리고 API(kakaoapi.aligo.in)를 통해 카카오 알림톡을 자동 발송하는 목적으로만 사용합니다. 광고, 프로파일링 등 알림톡 발송과 무관한 목적으로는 이용하지 않습니다.

3. 개인정보의 보유 및 이용기간

발송 이력(메시지 로그)은 발송일로부터 90일 후 자동 삭제됩니다. 앱 삭제 시 모든 판매자 및 고객 데이터는 30일 이내에 파기됩니다.

4. 개인정보의 처리 위탁

카카오 알림톡 발송을 위해 주식회사 알리고(kakaoapi.aligo.in)에 처리를 위탁합니다. 그 외 어떠한 제3자에게도 개인정보를 제공하지 않습니다.

5. 정보주체(판매자)의 권리

판매자는 보유 데이터 및 관련 고객 데이터의 삭제를 cs@shopidream.com으로 언제든지 요청할 수 있습니다. 30일 이내에 회신 드립니다.
